The problem of the relaxation of the depression at the surface of the
viscous medium layer with T nonuniform with respect to depth is studied.
It is shown that the dynamics of the disturbed permafrost of Mars leads
to the presence of concave and convex sections of their surface and to
points of inflection on the vertical profile.
