The Milky Way appears to be an unchanging feature of our night sky. However, our home galaxy is actually a dynamic system -- continually growing and evolving as it forms new stars, cannibalizes companions, and dissolves its own clusters. Topics related to the evolution of the Milky Way Galaxy are presented and include the following: galactic structure, globular clusters, interstellar matter, gas accretion, stellar evolution, star metallicity, barred galaxies, galactic bulge, galactic interactions, and computerized simulations.
