The Pulkovo program of observations of binary stars with dark companions is described. The observations are made on the 65 cm Zeiss refractor during some decades. These stars have regular long series of photographic observations with the annual error 0.01°. The part of our stars are observed more than forty years. It allows determine the orbits and the total masses of binaries and also the mass-ratio. Some stars, for instance, ADS 5983, ADS 15571 show gravitational oscillations in orbital motion. For some binaries the excess of masses has been revealed too. By means of the methods elaborated at Pulkovo (by Kisselev et al.) we use a relatively short arc for determinations of orbits with long periods and estimate the masses.
