A system consisting of two gyrostats moving in the field of a massive attracting body is considered theoretically to determine the equilibrium positions of the translational-rotational motion. The equilibria are determined and grouped in collinear and equilateral equilibria relative to the attracting body's Newtonian field of forces. The Routh-Hurwitz criterion is used to determine the stability of all equilibrium configurations.
