Following a recently presented formalism on the polarization transfer equation, solutions to this transfer equation for several special cases of interest are discussed. Analytical solutions for the Stokes parameters for several special cases of interest are given, and numerical solutions of these parameters for an arbitrary propagation direction and two types of inhomogeneity of the medium are presented.
