Making use of the comoving-frame, the authors discuss the energy-momentum tensor, the 4D-entropy current vector and the total entropy change of an imperfect fluid collapsing system, in which its own gravitational field plays a role, before the system's horizon appears. As a result, the total entropy of the collapsing system is unchanged or reduced, before the horizon appears. But according to original reference frames, the black hole entropy is higher by a factor of about 1020 than that of the corresponding collapsing matter. Therefore, when a black hole forms, the entropy value takes a sudden change, instead of increasing gradually to the order of magnitude of the black hole entropy in the course of collapsing.
