This paper investigates the effect of the antimatter presence on the primordial nucleosynthesis process in the hot big bang model when an exponential injection of hadrons occurs at high temperatures. Detailed analysis of the calculations with varying model parameters was performed in order to account for the behavior of the light element production with these parameters. It was found that the light element production was highly sensitive to the model parameters and to the baryon-to-photon ratio. It is shown that, for each value of the baryon-to-photon ratio, in the range of the values between 3 x 10 to the -10th and 7 x 10 to the -9th, a region of the injection model parameters exists where light elements are synthesized in agreement with observations.
