The effect of temperature increments to the equation of state of a neutron star with pion condensation on the hydrodynamics of the star is examined. A spherically symmetric neutron star is described by equations of the Newtonian approximation, and the relations between energy density, mass density, and temperature, and between pressure, mass density, and temperature are considered. A discontinuity is found to develop in the density, and both the outer radius and the radius of the dense core experience small oscillations about their mean values. The amplitude and the period of the oscillations in the radii of the star and of its core increase with temperature. For a neutron star of 1.4 solar masses, the diminishing of the central density, increase of the radius, and decrease of the core mass and radius with increasing temperature is shown.
