Between February 1981 and April 1984 four observing sessions on the
dwarf cepheid HD 94033 were held. After examining observational data
gathered over a period of 10 years, it is found that the O-C diagram of
HD 94033 showed periodic variations. A study of these variations leads
us to the conclusion that HD 94033 may be a binary system.
