Scientific paper

This instrument with 2 ms, 10 ms and 1 s time resolution is able to
measure spike emission, intensity and polarization degree of solar radio
bursts at 2545 MHz and 2645 MHz frequencies. The structures of the
equipment as well as the results of initial observations are described.
