Optical observations with a 31 cm telescope are presented on photographic plates with attention to the double star configuration h-Perseus and Chi-Perseus. The doublet is evaluated in terms of magnitude and color with help of the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram. Also evaluated are the evolution and lifetime of the pair, as well as chemical composition and size (3900 solar masses for h-Perseus and 3500 solar masses for Chi-Perseus). The UBV spectra of the brightest stars are listed for each cluster.
