The behavior of the spectrum of shock-accelerated electrons for the Sedov SNR is considered, with adiabatic losses taken into account. It is shown that electron acceleration efficiency with energies of the order of GeV ceases at shock-wave Mach number of 6-10. As the SNR radius increases, the efficiency of the conversion of the total energy of accelerated electrons and the magnetic field into synchrotron emission decreases because of the spatial noncoincidence of the particle and magnetic field localization regions inside the remnant.
