The variation of velocity dispersion in z-axis with r and z, namely the analytical expression of Cz = Cz(r, z) is obtained by direct integration. Besides, the variation of radial velocity dispersion with r and z is also obtained through the stability of the density wave in three-dimensional spiral galaxies and the equation of dispersion. The results show that theoretical values of Cr and Cz are in agreement with the observed values near the sun and also approach the values obtained by Huang et al. (1979).
