The spin parameters of asteroids can provide important evidence for the study of asteroid's evolution, even for the evolution of solar system. The new observation for the C-type main belt asteroid (360) Carlova was performed on Nov. 15, 2000 with meter telescope in Yunnan Observatory, China. Combined with other previous observations, the spin parameters of (360) were derived using the Epoch method. With a the new precise light curve obtained, the new spin parameters: sidereal period 0.25780417±0.00000003 day, and ecliptic coordinate of pole (95°±3°,40°±1°).They have higher precision than the previous values.
