The Hubble diagram for the brightest quasars with slight dispersion is constructed. The slope of the redshift-magnitude relation is 2.24 plus or minus 0.09. For coordination of this slope with the theoretical dependence m (lg z) in the standard cosmological models, quasar luminosities must decrease with time at a rate of one magnitude in 2.5 billion years. The condition of the constancy of quasar spatial density in the comoving space is fulfilled when the deceleration parameter q0 is equal to 4.1 plus or minus 1.3.
