The double peaked broad emission lines observed in some AGN are supposed to be emitted from an accretion disk. The fraction of AGN with broad emission lines is small (below 5%). On the other hand, the broad Fe K alpha line that indicates the accretion disk emission is detected in around 25% to 50% of AGN (see Guainazzi et al. 2006). Here we discuss the effects which can hide the disk emission in Fe K alpha as well as in low ionized optical lines of AGN. Moreover, we give some ways to estimate the disk emission even if the emission is hidden.
