Firstly this article describes the conception of the proper time and the coordiante time, and the definition of TT. Two important realizations of TT: TAI and TT(BIPM) [Bureau International des Poids et Mesures] are analyzed. The characteristic of frequencies of EAL and PFSs are also analyzed in quantity. TT(BIPM), EAL [Echelle Atomique Libre], and TAI [Temps Atomique International] are compared in time domain to open out the error that existed in the frequency accuracy of TAI.
