The paper proposes a method of compensating for perturbations, making it possible to reduce the problem of the osculating orbit to the determination of a Keplerian orbit. The method provides considerable advantage in rapid use of the appropriate algorithms when compared with the methods which do not use compensation. The applicability of the method is illustrated by examples.
