We have identified star clusters in B, V, R, and I images of UGC 8201 (DDO165) with the aim of investigating their ages and comparing them to the recent star formation history of the whole galaxy using resolved CMDs from the HST. The cluster images are part of the ancillary optical data of the SINGS survey (Kennicutt et al. 2003) while the HST data are part of the M81 dwarf galaxy project (Weisz et al. 2008) taken with the ACS camera onboard the HST in the F555W ( V) and F814W ( I) filters. Clusters were identified in the HST images. Photometry of each cluster was carried out via an IDL code designed to read in multi-color images, perform photometry on multiple cluster targets, and apply aperture corrections. Using single stellar population models, we have determined each cluster's mass and age. We present a comparison of the cluster age distribution to the age of a recent starburst in this galaxy.
