The results of simulations of superfamilies (ΣEγ>~500 TeV) are presented by using two-component model. The special processing with γ-quanta far from a family centre is proposed. These γ-quanta carry some information on the development of high energy core of EAS and although this information is poor, the experimental data are rather reliable.
