We propose to obtain short exposure of the PN G135.9+55.9, in particular of its binary central nucleus. It is remarkable, because it is the most oxygen-poor PN known, with an oxygen abundance of about 1/100 of the solar value. This PN is also one of the few where a close binary core has been detected. Our observations show that the period of the system is ~4 h and that one of the components of the system is a post-AGB, pre-white dwarf hot star, the other is more massive compact object, most probably a neutron star. Photometry shows significant irradiation of elliptically distorted central star of the PN. We aim to confirm that it is the optical counterpart of the RASS source and to probe its spectral composition.
