In the main thrust of the paper, the usefulness of the working hypothesis will be demonstrated in a new three-body frame and operations of nature. This three-body frame is characterized by its formation about a combined orbital-spin-precessional axis of gyration and its constant rate of angular momentum. To the extent required only, the work will penetrate theories prerequisite to the law of universal gravity. The purpose of the proposed work is to generate a new theory of gravity. This will be achieved by establishing new rules and laws set against the theoretical background of two separate and distinct geometric preferences for the problem of space. One geometric preference is the two-body orbital frame devised by Copernicus, the other is the three-body mechanism of this work. In deducing the causes and effects between the two geometric descriptions, it does not necessarily follow that the mechanical processes that support them are essentially alike. For example, one mechanical process may contain the mathematical expression of a sidereal period squared only, whereas another process achieves the same numerical result by the multiplication of two periods about a point other than the sun. In the special and important case where T is observed as a unit or yearly cycle, the two alternative periods become reciprocal numerical values. The value of T squared is fundamental to the third law of Kepler and Newton's gravity. Set in a gravitational matrix, two protoplanets will show to what extent the three-body mechanism is of a Newtonian form.
