More than 250 plates have been obtained with the Pulkovo Normal astrograph for 73 extragalactic radio sources (ERS) located north of 30 deg declination. The aim of the work is to produce a photographic catalog of faint reference stars within the fields around ERS with radii smaller than 15 arcmin. This reference catalog is meant for systematic positional CCD observations of faint extragalactic radio sources. The plate reduction was started in 1993. We analyzed our reduction methods using two fields around ERS 2021+614 and 2200+420. We have now finished the catalog of positions of 3,420 stars with magnitudes of 13 to 16 around 25 ERS. The equatorial coordinates of 2,208 stars of 13-16 mag have been obtained for astrometric purposes. Moreover, the positions of 1,212 stars from PPM have been obtained using the reference stars drawn from CaMC and vice versa. The catalog gives the position and the magnitude estimates for every star.
