We propose to continue our radial velocity survey of M giant stars in the Galactic bulge, inner disk, and inner halo. The emphasis in 2008A is to map te velocity distribution at the bulge/halo and bulge/disk boundaries. The line of sight radial velocity distribution is to be compared with theoretical models of the bulge, and the velocity field will help to define and distinguish the stellar populations of the inner Galaxy. The survey will also uncover cold velocity structures that may have arisen from the infall of satellites or from unusual orbit families in the bar (six candidate cold structures are under investigation).
