We have obtained 462 new V and R observations of the RR Lyrae star GV
Andromedae. Our data set is consistent with a primary period of 0.528092
days; however, the light curve of GV And cannot be well described by a
single period. We conclude that GV And demonstrates the Blazhko effect
with a Blazhko period of approximately 32 days.
