Photoelectric photometry on the BVRI system and CORAVEL radial velocity measurements have been obtained for the three ab-type RR Lyrae variables UU Ceti, W Tuc, and V Ind. This paper presents the observational data of the program stars, as well as the light, color and radial velocity curves. A following paper will discuss the derivation of distances, absolute luminosities and radii, using hte Baade-Wesselink method.
