We present the Aromatic Infrared Band (AIB) spectrum observed by the ISO Short Wavelength Spectrometer (SWS, 2.3 to 45 μm) towards bright interstellar regions. Using Lorentzians, we extract the individual AIB profiles from the data and compare them to a state-of-the-art model of PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) cations emission which includes recent laboratory results on the temperature dependence of vibrational band profiles.
