In this article we give for the first time the qualitative characteristics of the areas of motion for a charged particle moving under the influence of the electromagnetic field of three dipoles located on a system of three celestial bodies. Using the steepest descent method we define the zero velocity curves of these areas for a variety of values of the electromagnetic parameters of the problem. So we reveal the trapped areas of motion of the charged particle called Van-Allen zones. As the parameters of this problem tend to zero the Stormer's and magnetic binary problems appear in a general form.
