High rate Communication System, as an important part of the Space Solar Telescope (SSR), is being developed. The interface Card of the Data Transport Subsystem (DTS) of the Communication System is the key to realize the scientific target of SST. In this paper, a kind of component Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) used in the design of the interface card is discussed. The principle of the project of the interface card is presented. Some figures are also given.
