The possibility of studying seasonal processes in planetary atmospheres for short time intervals is demonstrated through a study of the methane absorption distribution (lambda = 0.619 micron) over Saturn's disk. Variation of the slope of Saturn's axis of rotation in the visual plane, which occurred during 1965-1967, is sufficient for certain photometric effects to manifest themselves in Saturn's atmosphere. It is confirmed experimentally that the radiative constant of the atmosphere decreases with increasing height.
