The angular momenta of Kerr black holes are determined theoretically, modifying the accretion-disk model of Thorne (1974) and Bardeen (1970) to account for retrograde accretion of scattered electrons. The results are presented as a/M ratios, where M is the hole mass and a is equal to the ratio of the angular momentum to M, for disk temperature 10 to the 8th K. The values found are a/M = 0.9982 for the case of retrograde photons only, 0.9975 for retrograde photons with pair annihilation, 0.9986 for retrograde electrons only, 0.9968 for retrograde photons and electrons, and 0.9961 for retrograde photons and electrons with pair annihilation.
