An analytical algorithm of the Hori method of successive canonic replacements of variables in the problem of the rotation of a celestial body around the center of mass is developed for the case where the moment of the external forces relative to the center of mass is small in comparison with the characteristic value of the angular velocity. The algorithm employs the formalism of the Lie series in terms of the small parameter and Poisson series in terms of Andoyer variables and can be implemented by using the existing systems of computerized analytical calculations.
