Base on the mixing-length theory of convection, macroscopical stress of the turbulence is used in hydrostatics equation of the stellar structural and evolutionary model. In order to know the effect of the turbulence, we performed calculations for the evolution of the Star with 8M&sun;, and studied the effect of turbulent stress on the evolution and structure of the star by comparing the ratio of the turbulent stress gradient to gravitation. The results show that the ratio is very small in the phase of nucleus burn, the effect of the turbulent may be ignored. For RGB and AGB star, we find there is a small area where the turbulent stress gradient is several times as big as gravitation in the envelope and in other area the ratio can reach a value 65 percent. Those have some effect on structure and evolution of AGB star, such as variety of stellar center temperature and the beginning time of thermal pulse.
