Three kinds of spectrum analysis are performed in order to study the regularities of solar wind distribution. The general log spectrum shows an overweighted 13-day period during the descending and minimum phases of the sunspot cycle; in the ascending and maximum phases of the cycle, the spectrum is random, so that the solar wind appears to be disorderly during these periods. Maximum entropy spectrum analysis shows that the solar wind in the years of ascending and maximum phases of the sunspot cycle also has the 13-day period which far outweighs the other periods. A cross-correlation filtering technique verifies these results.
