Celestial Mechanics: Initial Orbit Determination, Unit Vector Method

The effect of motion of observation station on orbit determination are analyzed with ranging, angle and velocity data. The relation is given between the velocity of station and its effect on that, and the conditional equations are improved based on unit-vector-method. A lot of calculations have been done and the results show that the improvement is obvious when the motion of observation station is considered.
