Using the satellite-line transitions of the 2π3/2J = 3/2 ground state of OH, isotope abundance ratios [16OH] /[18OH] of 277 ± 20 and 261 ± 20 have been obtained for the +40 km 1 molecular cloud near Sgr A and the + 60 km s-1 cloud in Sgr B2. The results are further evidence that the ratios near the Galactic Centre are lower than the terrestrial ratio [16O]/[18O] of 489. For the +40 km s-1 cloud the satellite-line anomalies of the 16OH and 18OH transitions are similar. However, with the +60 km s-1 cloud the difference between the satellite lines is less marked for the 18OH than for the 16OH transitions.
