Observations of the strip delta in the range 48-68 deg, which cover
regions of lower Galactic latitude at those declinations, are reported.
The arrangement of maps for the delta + 58 deg strip is shown. A rough
guide to the sensitivity of the source list as a function of declination
near RA 02 h, Ra 05 h, and RA 19 h is presented in graphic form.
