A multi-purpose spectrum synthesis code ``PAN'' (``Photoionized
Axisymmetric Nebula'') is presented. The code allows computing of
self-consistent steady-state models of morphologically-realistic
axisymmetric gaseous, dust or gas+dust envelopes. Only the main features
of the code ``PAN'' are enumerated here.
