The results of a cross-correlation between the 170 GHz Survey map and the COBE DMR `Fit Technique' reduced Galaxy all-sky map are presented. Because these two experiments use different observing methods, are sensitive to different Galactic components, and use different data reduction methods, the significant cross-correlation indicates that both instruments have observed anisotropies consistent with variations in a 2.7 K emitter. The 170 GHz auto-correlation function is also presented.
