The JWST NIRCam Team is completing test of the instrument's engineering test unit, and is well into construction of the flight model. Many flight components are finished and tested. In particular, the flight detectors are ready for mounting into the flight instrument, and have been fully characterized. Results of the detector characterization and implications for operations are presented here. NIRCam and JSWT are funded by NASA.
