We use the most recent Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB), supernovae Ia (Sn1a), Baryon Acoustic Oscillation (BAO) Weak lensing and Large Scale Structures data to constrain the temporal evolution of dark energy out to redshift one. We consider a flexible parameterization of the equation of state of dark energy, binning the equation of state parameter in 5 redshift bins. We take into account for dark energy perturbations using a parameterized post-Friedmann description of cosmic acceleration which allows to consider dark energy models which cross the equation of state divide set by a cosmological constant. We don't find strong evidence for an evolution of dark energy
