This paper gives an introduction to temperature prediction technology in spacecraft thermal balance test under vacuum environment and some extrapolation results using a large amount of data to obtain the ultimately temperature in advance before test ended. The Concerned statistical analysis is presented. In the circumstances of constant internal heat source and external heat flux, the temperature prediction model is infinite-order exponential form theoretically, but used only in the finite-order form such as first or second order. Through identifying model parameters in the way of the nonlinear least squares method, it is compared between theoretical extrapolation and test results. The maximum temperature error for over 85% of spacecraft nodes is less than 3 C.
