The temperature distribution of an accretion disk around a black hole is investigated in detail by numerically integrating a system of hydrodynamic equations from the sonic point. The results obtained in this paper show that the temperature drops rapidly in the inner edge of optically thick geometrically thin disk around a black hole. Also it is found that the optically thin alpha-law disk dominated by gas pressure is thermally unstable.
