The optimum computer algorithms used in the digital processing of the Vega balloon telemetry and the VLBI measurements are presented. These include the algorithm for preliminary signal processing, synchronous detection algorithm, and the algorithm for discriminating telemetry data. The details of the processing are outlined, and the block diagrams are included.
