SZ Cam is the brightest member of the open cluster NGC 1502, with known variability of its orbital period. In this paper the recently obtained high-dispersion spectra are described and new times of minima given. In the spectra, besides lines of both components, also lines of a third body are prominent. The times of minima can be explained by a light-time effect; the third body moves on a highly eccentric orbit with period of 50.7 years. Due to a large mass function and observed shifts of the third-body lines, the 'third body' is probably a binary.
