This report describes calculation algorithm and its systematic procedure of osculating orbital elements computation in each case of ecliptic, parabolic, hyperbolic and rectilinear orbit. The osculating orbital elements are those elements applied only in specific timing when position vector and velocity vector of a spacecraft or celestial body, such as comet, are input in the calculation.
