The photometric Milky Way model used in Part I is discussed and it is shown that the cloudlike distribution of the interstellar dust, which has been taken into account in the present model, has the effect of increasing the ISL intensity by up to 60%. Consideration is given to the dependence of the ISL spectrum and intensity on the galactic latitude and extinction coefficient. In addition, the ISL spectrum and intensity are also calculated for positions off the galactic plane. Finally, the ISL spectrum of the solar neighborhood is also calculated for the case of an external distant observer.
