When radiation loss is considered, we believe that synchrotron radiation of particles beamed along magnetic field generated by such acceleration mechanism as field reconnection is the main mechanism for producing gamma-ray bursts. On the basis of this model, we have satisfactorily fitted three continuum spectra of the spectrum variable GB 820828 and the evolution of the N14(150 - 700keV)/N > 13(40 - 180keV) ratio.
