A systematic study of the symmetries of general relativistic Liouville's equation in an arbitrary spacetime is presented. The method is applied to the case of de Sitter's spacetime. The symmetry group of the latter turns out to be SO(4,1)*SO(4,1). The geometrical (Killing vector constant of motion) and non-geometrical constants of motion are obtained. Finally, a method to introduce the distribution function which inherit some or all of the symmetries of spacetimes is given.
