We report on X-ray follow-up observations performed with Swift/ XRT of six INTEGRAL detected AGN belonging to the 3rd IBIS Survey Catalogue (Bird et al. 2007, ApJS. 170, 175). In all cases, the XRT position confirms a previously reported association with an active galaxy. IGR J00040+7020 Within the IBIS uncertainty, we find a source located at RA(J2000) = 00h 04m 01.53s and Dec(J2000) = +70d 19m 16.5s (3.7 arcsec uncertainty).
